What we do?

Our core activities are to develop, manufacture and supply premium grade cementitious products to the construction industry.

Our main products are ranging from tile adhesive materials, base coat, skim coat,  Base Tile Adhesive, Skim Coat Finishing, Render Base Coat, Premix Sand Mortar, Water Base Adhesive, Floor Screed and Block Plaster Mortar. Our manufacturing facilities and process deploy the state of the technology from Germany with a production capacity of 100,000 ton annually and are certified.

As an acknowledgement for MTC’s innovative and distinctive products and for standing out in the market, accreditation from Malaysia Sirim QAS International test was awarded to MTC’s products. MTC is experienced with project application and our customer service team is always standing-by to assist customers to overcome different tasks and conditions in the construction fields. MTC’s products, being cost saving, superior in quality and easy to handle is a trusted product, used more and more by an ever growing network of customers.

CEMENT BASED PRODUCT

Base Tile Adhesive Series

Base Tile Adhesive series is a specially designed cement-based adhesive which provide different superior strength and bonding. The product properties of high water-resistant further enhance usage in dry and wet area such as concrete swimming pool and spa.

Plastering series

MTC Plastering series is a specially formulated premixed cement- based for plastering, patching and other rendering in thick layer.This product provide superior bonding and water-resistant enable to use on different wall surfaces.
