MTC-Premix Sand Mortar 995 is suitable for dry and wet conditions in both interiors and exteriors environments. It serves as render coat underneath the MTC- Base Tile Adhesive series for tile installation. In order to receive paint on it, it is more appropriate to apply the MTC-Premix Sand Mortar 995 follow by the MTC-Skim Coat Finishing 959 series for better a finishing surface.
