PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
MTC-Base Coat 599 is a high quality polymer modified cement- based plaster with water-resistant properties for patching and surface leveling work onto ceiling, concrete, panel wall, cement rendered surfaces.
This is a direct application product. MTC-Base Coat 599 is suitable for interior or exterior application but not on painted surfaces.
